The federal state unitary enterprise "Courier Communication Central Board" provides a full range of services in transportation of works of art across the Russian Federation and beyond it, including:

- Carrying them on equipped transport with armed security forces
- Booking flights for sending cultural valuables;
- Full range of services for customs registration and delivery (the customs broker (procedure of
- registration ВТТ), customs carrier);
