The federal state unitary enterprise «Courier Communication Central Board » takes on responsibility for the dispatches containing data of a state secret. Dispatches with a signature stamp «Confidential» are made out according to the Instruction on maintenance of a mode of privacy in the Russian Federation confirmed by the Governmental order of the Russian Federation from 05.01.2004 № 3-1.
